Some Free Apps to Help You Unwind

Here are 3 apps that offer free soothing meditation exercises, some as short as 5 minutes. They each have paid versions with extensive libraries, but all offer free exercises as well. Mindfulness is a helpful tool to cope with depressive episodes and bouts of anxiety. Start meditating regularly to help boost the effects of your medication and/or therapy sessions.
